Modularization

Modularization and production automation are critical to efficiency. Through modularization, we optimize our production and innovation by developing technology and product architecture. Modularization also means that we shorten the path from innovation to product launch, increase quality assurance, and lower our costs and resources used in product development. We can clearly see that modularization allows increased flexibility and lower costs for material. Simultaneously, increased automation contributes to higher productivity, while also improving quality and workplace safety.

Digitalization

Investments in digitalization are important to efficiently manage sourcing, supply chain, logistics, and consumer interaction. Digitalization provides us with efficiency gains, increased flexibility and lowers the risk of disruption. Therefore we had adapted ERP system for production management and there are 2 technical assistance specially and exclusively for BOM system.

Being truly customer-centric, our focus has expanded to delivering not only good quality product, but a complete customer experience. Basically customer satisfaction rate over 90% is weighted more on product sustainability and delivery. The real gap comes from the details as regarding the team profession, communication skills, directional guide, industry learning and sharing. And the goal of customer satisfaction rate should set on 98%.

People creats value, teamship is the way of working. Before requiring employee to work their work, we need to share what it is. Setting aligned goals that allow clear choices and continuous improvement. Let people know how to collaborate by the transparency and a learning organization as well as policy are necessary. When it’s about engagement and passion, there finally it’s about creating outstanding consumer experiences.
